Nelita Noivas atelier provides consultancy and sales services for bridal gowns, groom suits and ceremony dresses. All appointments are by prior booking only, ensuring a personalised and private service.

Atelier visits take place exclusively by prior appointment, made through the website, phone, WhatsApp or email. Booking is free for the Personalised Appointment (1h) and the Video Call Appointment (1h). The VIP Appointment (2h) requires payment of €100 at the time of booking, which may be deducted from a future purchase, subject to agreed conditions. Nelita Noivas reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments in exceptional circumstances, notifying the client as soon as possible.

We ask that any cancellation or rescheduling be communicated at least 24 hours in advance, so that the time slot can be made available to other clients. VIP Appointment cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in partial or total loss of the amount paid, except in cases of duly justified force majeure.

Prices of items presented at the atelier include VAT at the applicable legal rate. Price information displayed on the website is indicative only and may be subject to change without prior notice. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the atelier at the time of purchase.

All content on this website — including text, photographs, logos and design — is the property of Nelita Noivas or used under licence. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use without express written authorisation is prohibited.

Nelita Noivas is not responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the website, service interruptions caused by third parties, or force majeure events. Product photographs on the website are for illustrative purposes only. Colours and finishes may show slight variations from the physical product.

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Lisbon shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to consumer rights provided for under applicable legislation.
